PAYMENT
We accept payments via Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
DELIVERY AND ACCESS
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to your purchased map. Delivery of digital products is immediate.
REFUND POLICY
Since all products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are generally not provided. However, if you encounter any issues, please contact us and we’ll work to resolve the problem.
USAGE RIGHTS
By purchasing a map, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the map for personal use only. You may not:
• Resell, redistribute or publicly share the map itself or the link to the map.
• Use the map for commercial purposes without obtaining explicit written consent from us.
Sharing Locations: You are allowed to share individual locations or pins on the map with others, but the map link itself or the map in its entirety cannot be shared publicly.
CUSTOM MAPS
If you request a custom map, we will work with you to create a product that suits your specific needs. Custom maps may incur additional fees based on complexity or travel details.
PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION
We respect your privacy. Any personal data provided during the purchase (such as your name, email address, etc.) will only be used for processing orders, communication regarding your purchase. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Mapturas is committed to providing high quality digital maps and travel related resources. However, by using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Mapturas and its owner shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products and services. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of data, financial losses or loss of anticipated profits.
It is important to understand that while we provide travel recommendations and tools to assist with your journey, we are not a travel agency and do not manage or guarantee any third-party services. Mapturas is not responsible for any disruptions or issues that may occur during your travels.
By using Mapturas services, you acknowledge that all travel involves some level of risk and unpredictability and that you are solely responsible for managing your travel arrangements, safety and compliance with local laws.
