AUTUMN (SEPTEMBER – NOVEMBER)

WEATHER

Hot, dry summers and mild winters define the Mediterranean climate. Summer temperatures often reach 25°C–35°C or higher. Pack light clothing, sun protection and stay hydrated!


LANGUAGE

English is common in tourist zones, but less so in rural areas. Learning basic greetings in the local language is useful and appreciated.


TRANSPORTATION

Public transport works well in major cities. For islands, coastal roads and remote beaches, renting a car or scooter provides more flexibility. Ferries are essential for island hopping.
