Booking a personalised itinerary with us is easy and straightforward. Here’s how the process works:
1. REACH OUT TO ME
To begin, contact me via email info.mapturas@gmail.com or on Instagram @mapturas. Let me know you’re interested in a personalised itinerary and I’ll guide you through the next steps.
2. FILL OUT THE ITINERARY REQUEST FORM
After getting in touch, I’ll send you a form to complete. In this form, you’ll be asked to provide essential details about your trip, such as:
- Destination(s) you want to visit
- Where you’re traveling from
- Travel dates, budget, pace
- Type of trip (nature, city, adventure, cultural, family, etc.)
- Number of people
- Preferred accommodation types (hotels, guesthouses, camping)
- Any special preferences (e.g. avoid long drives, food preferences, accessibility needs)
- And any other important details that will help me tailor your itinerary perfectly.
3. TRIP CONSULTATION & DEPOSIT PAYMENT
Once I receive your completed form, I’ll carefully review the details. Then, we’ll have a chat to clarify any questions and ensure I fully understand your travel style and expectations. After confirming the plan, you’ll be required to pay a deposit to start the itinerary creation process.
4. I CREATE YOUR PERSONALISED ITINERARY
After receiving your deposit, I’ll get to work on crafting your itinerary. In just a few days, I’ll send you a fully customised PDF itinerary that includes:
- A day-by-day travel plan
- Accommodation suggestions
- Local tips, recommendations and activities
- Clickable links for bookings and additional resources
- Travel and transport info
- And everything else you need to make the most of your trip!
5. FINAL PAYMENT & DELIVERY
Once you receive your personalised itinerary, you’ll complete the final payment. After that, the itinerary is all yours to follow and you’ll be ready for an unforgettable journey.

PERSONALISED ITINERARY NOTES
HOTEL AND ACCOMMODATION BOOKING
The personalized itinerary will include links to recommended hotels or accommodations. These links will take you directly to booking platforms (like Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.), where you can make your reservations. It’s important to note that you are responsible for booking your accommodations.
OTHER ACTIVITY AND TICKET BOOKINGS
In addition to accommodation links, your itinerary may also include suggestions for activities, museums, parks and experiences. You will find clickable links to official websites where you can purchase tickets, reserve tours or book activities. Again, these bookings are your responsibility and the links provided will guide you directly to the relevant booking pages.
TRANSPORTATION AND CAR RENTALS
If your trip includes suggestions for car rentals, buses, trains or flights, I will provide links to trusted providers where you can book transportation. It’s important to handle all transportation bookings yourself to fit your preferences and schedule.
ONGOING SUPPORT
If you face any issues with booking accommodations, activities, transportation or need assistance during your trip, you can always contact me. Whether it’s a problem with a reservation or you need advice while on your journey, I’m here to offer support and solutions to make your experience smoother.
PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION
Once the itinerary is customized for you and after finalizing all details, you’ll receive the PDF version. Payment will be required after I confirm your itinerary request. A deposit is required upfront and the remaining balance is due once the final itinerary is sent to you.
